BOOKING •When booking, you will be asked to pay a 15% deposit on the services you booked. The amount of your deposit will be applied to the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. -If the deposit for your appointment is not paid within 48 hours of the scheduled service, it will be cancelled. NO SHOW • There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. The deposit is forfeited and the card on file will be charged a 20% No-Show/Cancellation fee. • If you fail to appear to your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the 20% No-Show/Cancellation Fee. CANCELLATIONS • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 20% cancellation fee using the card on file and the deposit will be forfeited. (This brings the TOTAL cancellation fee to 35%) RESCHEDULING •You can reschedule your appointment without paying a second deposit!!! Please reach out with any questions or concerns
